A sale and its points

After scanning the card, build the purchase:

• From the catalogue — pick items from the list or scan their barcodes.
• Manual amount — enter the total when there is no catalogue.

Choose the payment method and confirm. Points are calculated automatically from the partner's rule — there is nothing to work out by hand.

Paying with points

The Points redemption screen shows the balance and how much of the bill points may cover. The app applies the partner's limits itself: the minimum amount, the maximum share and the value of a point. The customer pays the rest as usual.

After the transaction

The summary shows the amount, the points credited and spent, and the new balance. The customer's balance updates in their app almost immediately.

Mistakes

If something goes wrong, tell your manager — the transaction is cancelled in the partner portal and the points go back. Transactions cannot be deleted from the staff app.
