SMS and push campaigns

Sender name

Before your first SMS you need a sender name. Submit one under SMS → Sender names; its state moves from pending to approved or rejected. We notify you by email. Rejections usually come from someone else's brand in the name or from something too generic.

Consents

We only send SMS to customers who gave consent. The Consents list is your audience. A withdrawal takes effect immediately.

Templates and campaigns

Create a template with variables (name, point balance and so on), then a campaign: choose the audience and the time, and send. Analytics shows what happened — delivered, failed, opted out.

Automations

Automations send a message on an event: a birthday, a customer who has not returned, a coupon about to expire. Set it up once and it runs by itself.

Push notifications

Push goes to the app and is free. Use it for offers and games — keep SMS for what really matters.
