Managing shops

A shop is where customers earn and spend points. Without one neither the cards nor the staff app will work.

Creating a shop

In Shops click "+ Add shop" and fill in:

• Basics — name and type (physical or online).
• Location — address, city, coordinates. They place the shop on the app's map.
• Contacts — phone and email.
• Opening hours — set per weekday.
• POS type — which till system you use.

Several shops at once

With many locations use the Excel import: download the template, fill in the columns and upload the file. The system shows which rows contain errors before anything is saved.

Next step

After creating a shop, assign staff and a loyalty card to it — only then can customers be scanned at the till.
