Creating a loyalty card

In Loyalty cards click "+ Add new loyalty card". The card is built step by step.

1. General information

The name in Lithuanian and English is required — it is what the customer sees on their phone, in Apple Wallet and Google Pay. The description is optional but helps explain the benefit.

2. Design

• Logo — square, 512×512 px, PNG with a transparent background.
• Background image — 1125×432 px.
• Text and label colours — must contrast with the background.
• QR code colours — black on white is recommended; anything else risks scanners failing to read it.

3. Point settings

Here you set the earning formula, redemption rules and expiry. See the article on point rules for details.

After saving

The card becomes available to customers in the app immediately. You can change the design later — updates reach cards that were already added.
