Redeeming coupons and game prizes

Using a coupon

The customer shows the coupon in their app. Scan its QR code or barcode, or type the code in. The app shows what the coupon gives and applies the discount to the basket.

Once the transaction is confirmed the coupon is marked used straight away — it will not work a second time.

Statuses

• Active — ready to use.
• Used — already redeemed.
• Expired — past its validity.
• Cancelled — stopped by the partner.

If a coupon is refused, the screen gives the reason — pass it on to the customer.

Game prizes

A prize reaches the customer as a coupon, so it is redeemed the same way. A stamp card works differently: a stamp is given for a visit, and once the card is full the reward is handed over right away.
