Getting started in the partner portal
The partner portal lives at partners.loyalty.lt. On your first sign-in the dashboard shows a Setup guide — the steps that get your loyalty programme running.
The eight steps
- Company details — registration data, address, bank account.
- Brand — logo and colours.
- Shop — at least one location.
- Loyalty card — the digital card your customers add.
- Staff — the team working at the till.
- Product — your product catalogue.
- Game — gamification for customers.
- Report — your first results.
The system detects a completed step on its own; there is nothing to tick off manually.
What to prepare
- Company registration details and a bank account for invoices
- A logo (PNG, 512×512 px recommended)
- Email addresses for your staff
Follow the order: a card cannot be created before a shop exists.
