How to delete your account

If you've decided to stop using Loyalty.lt, you can delete your account.

How to do it

1. Open "Settings".
2. Go to "Account".
3. Choose "Delete account".
4. Confirm the action.

If you can't find the option, email info@loyalty.lt from your account email and we'll help.

What happens after deletion

• Your account and linked data are removed.
• Added cards are removed from the app.
• Unused points and coupons are not refunded, so use them before deleting.

Before deleting

• Use any remaining points and active coupons.
• If you have PRO, check your subscription status in the device store.

Deleting your account is an irreversible action.
