Billing and invoices

Everything financial lives under Billing.

What is where

• Plan — your current plan and what it includes.
• Current month — what has accrued so far, before an invoice is issued.
• Invoices — every issued invoice with its PDF.
• Contract — the terms you signed.
• Services — extras such as SMS or integrations.
• Pending payments — unpaid invoices.

Invoices and payment

An invoice covers the previous month and is emailed to the company address. The PDF is always in the list, so accounting does not have to wait for the email.

If the details on an invoice are wrong, correct them in Company details — the next invoice will be issued correctly.

Questions about an amount

If a figure looks wrong, open Current month — it shows what makes up the total. For anything unclear write to info@loyalty.lt or open a ticket in the portal.
